چکیده
This study examined effects of incremental levels sugarcane derived polyphenol on most commonly used cereals in the poultry feed industry; wheat and maize. Both rapidly digestible starch, which is usually digested completely than protein itself whereas slows down glucose absorption rat without compromising intake. Polyphenol may enhance depositing muscle broilers due to synchronous availability plasma amino acid. In this experiment, 240 Ross 308 male (5 birds/cage; n=6) were given 8 different diets, maize; or with inclusion level at 0.5%, 2% 4% respectively. Feeds ad-libitum 2 phases as grower (day 11-24) finisher 24-38). Parameters assessed body weight (BW), average daily intake (ADFI), conversion ratio (FCR), drip loss%, shear force meat color. Birds euthanized day 38 for quality inspection using Pectoralis muscle. The research revealed that diets significantly reduced ADFI 24-38) compared unsupplemented (p<0.0001). At same level, numerically improved FCR fed (FCR 1.93) maize 1.63) 1.98) 1.70) However, had adverse effect BW 17 38) ADG 10-38, diets. On other hand, supplemented did not have any significant BW, ADG, Also, there was higher Regarding qualities, cereal type color appearance more yellowness value (b*; p<0.0001) conclusion, supplementation found be useful mainly level.

Performance of broiler chicken fed multicarbohydrases supplemented low energy diet
AIM Objective of this study was to investigate the effect of multicarbohydrases supplementation on performance of broilers fed low energy diet. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 75 days old chicks were selected and randomly divided into three treatments groups (T1, T2, and T3); each group contained 25 chicks distributed in five replicates of five chicks each. T1 group (positive control) was of...
متن کاملBroiler Performance in Response to Phytate and Supplemented Phytase
Phosphorus (P) is a macro mineral in broiler nutrition. In growing broilers, besides its requirement for proper bone development, it is also involved in almost all metabolic processes. Poor P availability results in decreased productivity and poor health status.Phosphorus availability from plant derived feeds is affected by an anti-nutritional factor “phytate”, which forms a variety of insolubl...
